Tomás is a legal assistant with a diverse background and a passion for business law. Tomás brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as a Legal Assistant at Empire Business Law. He holds a degree in Management, Governance, and Professionalization of family businesses, as well as an International Certification in Compliance. In addition to his legal experience, Tomás has a strong academic background, having served as an Assistant Professor of Corporate Law at the Catholic University of Santiago del Estero. His time as a Judicial Clerk at both a Civil and Commercial Court and a Bankruptcy, Corporate, and Registry Court has provided him with valuable insights into how the legal system impacts businesses.
